Probably not worth an AfD, but it wasn't quite speedy material either, so I brought it here. Someone might also want to talk to Ramlysmail (talk · contribs) who, while he doesn't seem to have any bad faith in mind, does seem to be having a really hard time understanding wikipedia policy etc..--VectorPotential^Talk 16:15, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
