Weak DeleteWeak Keep - only [26] hits on google of which many are mirrors or the vietnamese wiki. Maybe some of our vietnamese wikipedians can help as I may be missing notability based on the name order - Peripitus 09:29, 25 May 2006 (UTC). A bit more searching. His family is certainly notable but I'm still lost on finding him Peripitus 09:31, 25 May 2006 (UTC)- Weak Keep I am not Vietnamese, but I am old enough to remember the war, and to have served during it, I believe that his post-war activities make him notable.
