[edit] Molae Trench
Prod contested without explanation from submitting user. I can't find any evidence that this exists at all. As I said in the prod reason: "WP:HOAX or WP:N -- one or both. Anybody care to provide a source?" So, here we are. – Luna Santin (talk) 04:27, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
- Delete - Google turns up 0 results for this, article even admits that there's little or no information on the subject. Delete as unverifiable, unsourced OR/hoax-EMP 04:34, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
- Delete No G hits for trench, or the referenced book or author! --killing sparrows 04:44, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
- Delete unless verification found. text is dubious, to say the least - a trench going from "northern portion of the present-day Polynesian Islands" would not go anywhere near the coast of Asia. Micronesia, yes - Polynesia, no. Grutness...wha? 06:32, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
- Delete - hoax. Pippppen (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) shows previous hoax edits introducing Warcraft citations into real-world articles. [1][2] Tearlach 14:52, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
- Delete - does not exist. Geologyguy 15:50, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
- Delete because I'm almost certain the trench the article refers to is the Mariana Trench, which is in the same spot as the one they're describing. --Mary quite contrary (hai?) 17:21, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
- Strong delete per Wikipedia:Notability. --PaxEquilibrium 23:58, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
- Delete - Not even the "reference" has any g-hits or an ISBN number. --Oakshade 06:52, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
