- Definitely fails NOT (and it's so not notable that even I, who definitely have inclusionist preferences for WP, agree that it falls below any sane notability threshhold), but the capabilities (and incapabilities) listed in the brief writeup are visibly demonstrated in the anime, so it doesn't fail NOR.
