Is there even any need for it? It's and interview process; is it just becuase it's Microsoft that it gets its own page? People should be fairly familiar with the interview process. If it is not to be deleted, then perhaps merge with Microsoft? Kilo-Lima 16:37, 19 November 2005 (UTC)

- p.s.: It is rumored that a final as-appropriate Development Manager interview would be arranged if the interviewee seems quite promising. - so the author missed off at least one stage they evidently experienced: the FOAD letter...
