Pure dicdef which is unlikely to grow into any form of article. Article claims it is a recently adopted slang term. Even if this is the case (as a police officer I've never heard it and there are no references to back it up) it's hardly encyclopaedic. -- Necrothesp 18:36, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
