(The previous prod was removed without any changes made to the article). Being a pro wrestling referee is not in itself enough to give someone "Notability" unless that person has been involved in angles & storylines that take them outside of their normal job. WP:PW has been discussing this for a while with the general consensus that only a few select referees deserve an article, this is not one of them as he's done nothing but refereering matches.
