*Delete: Until he "makes the trip" I don't think there's any chance of his notability. SeanMD80talk | contribs 03:35, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
Strong delete - He's about as far from being notable as it's possible to be.--Daemonic Kangaroo (talk) 06:22, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Based on Struway2's update below, now change to Keep. --Daemonic Kangaroo (talk) 10:25, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Delete make the trip, then we'll talk... Rotovia (talk) 06:55, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Delete, as of today. As someone else implied, check back (much) later. In a few years, perhaps? Unschool (talk) 08:34, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Keep The article does now assert notability. A recent addition says he has now made his first team debut for Cruz Azul (a professional club in a professional league, the Primera División de México) in the InterLiga, which is the Mexican qualifying playoffs for entry into the Copa Libertadores. This would equate to the English Premier League having a playoff to determine entry to the UEFA Champions League. His debut is confirmed here on the competition official site (in English); I have added this citation to the article. Struway2 (talk) 10:07, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Keep per Struway2. пﮟოьεԻ 57 12:03, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Keep per Struway2. D.M.N. (talk) 12:18, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Keep Struway to the rescue...!!! (Now meets all criteria for notability). Woody (talk) 15:09, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Keep. Very young for a pro, but then Wayne Gretzky became a pro not much older. --Blanchardb-Me•MyEars•MyMouth-timed 15:33, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Keep It really is relevant. He already became a professional player. Besides look at Víctor Mañon, Galvan's article is much more elaborate and Mañon isn't even considered for deletion. I'm not saying delete both but keep them as they are part of Mexican football history. Maybe a slight mention if the Mexican football article would be good as well.
- Keep - anyone who has played in a professional league is notable. For a moment I thought it was Martin Galvin....EJF (talk) 17:27, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Snowball keep, article now asserts notability through addition of a source. Ten Pound Hammer and his otters • (Broken clamshells•Otter chirps) 17:49, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
