[edit] Mammah family (Sierra Leone)
(AGAIN) No information to indicate significance in a biographical article. And therefore, the article is pointless Ranket (talk) 00:03, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- It SAYS they are "prominant", isn't that good enough? Just kidding. Speedy Delete for lack of asserting notability. Pharmboy (talk) 00:21, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Delete. Would expect a prominent family to have produced more evidence of their prominence than this. Fails to assert, still less prove, notability. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 09:27, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Delete Not that notable. Masterpiece2000 (talk) 10:55, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Merge to Sierra Leone Liberated Africans: this is not a biographical article but a genealogical one. By the nature of the events surrounding the slave trade, information from reliable sources will be scarce; I think that the mentions in the obituaries linked from the article are sufficient for verifiability but not for notability, which is why I am suggesting merger rather than retention. --User:Ceyockey (talk to me) 14:53, 6 January 2008 (UTC)

- Merge per Ceyockey. Perhaps an individual Mammah is notable, but their is insufficient notability for the whole family. Re-creare if some family member's have articles.--Thomas.macmillan (talk) 15:38, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Merge and redirect per above. If new evidence later on shows them to be more notable, then it can be recreated. I'm not quite sure if there is any notability, though, so I may change to weak delete. Firestorm (talk) 01:16, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
