Per WP:FICT, the article does not provide enough real-world information to justify notability. This is further reinforced by the lack of sources. Though the quality of an article is not solely a reason for deleting it, much of the content guide appears to be a how-to guide relating to this particular magic system, going into too much detail and hence violating WP:NOT#PLOT.
