procedural nomination—article version at time of AFD: This was nominated for PROD-deletion after having traveled here in October 2007. I concur that the article should be deleted as it has not improved a whit since the AFD-closure (except for my actually just recently putting in a reliable source mentioned in the prior AFD), at which point it was kept on condition of cleanup and addition of references.
