[edit] Kpop

Kpop (edit|talk|history|links|watch|logs) – (View AfD)

There is no need for the Kpop article since it is a duplicate of the KPOP disambiguation article (note case). There isn't even a need for a redirect article since redirection would be automatic when only the case differs. I am proposing a deletion rather than a merger since a merger requires leaving behind a redirect. WinTakeAll 06:27, 8 November 2007 (UTC)

  • Question So wait, if the page was deleted, does that mean that the empy page would function just like a redirect and take the user to the KPOP disambig page? Or could someone come along and create a competing article at Kpop? Apologies for showing my ignorance about the technical side of disambig pages. --jonny-mt(t)(c)Tell me what you think! 08:34, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
  • State the obvious First things first, redirects you want deleted go at RFD, not AFD. Second, it was a redirect (albeit a different one) which you made into a copy of KPOP then redirected to KPOP before finally nominating it here. You've solved your own problem. I suggest an admin close this, as this isn't an AFD issue. — Someguy0830 (T | C) 09:03, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
Note: I've updated all specific links to bypass this redirect. It essentially links to nothing now. In either case, it's a worthwhile redirect and redirects are cheap. — Someguy0830 (T | C) 09:45, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
