[edit] List of NDBs
Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information. A listing of NDBs is not encyclopedic, and there are far too many. Chozan 02:02, 17 November 2005 (UTC)
- Weak Delete Although the information is undoubtedly useful to pilots, the worldaerodata website maintains an updated list that doesn't require replication. Jtmichcock 02:22, 17 November 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. Neither is Wikipedia a repository for original data. Pilatus 04:20, 17 November 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. Not useful for the Wikipedia. Pilots needing this information are certainly NOT going to refer to the Wikipedia for their flight planning! The FAA and the ICAO maintain the official lists of these NDBs. ♠DanMS 04:47, 17 November 2005 (UTC)
- Delete per above. Dottore So 08:07, 17 November 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. Useless to anyone who isn't a pilot, and any pilot who uses Wikipedia for flight planning should be shot. --Carnildo 23:09, 17 November 2005 (UTC)
- I for one would certainly NOT want to be on that flight if the pilot made his flight plan using the Wikipedia! ♠DanMS 01:15, 18 November 2005 (UTC)
- Put external link in NDB and delete. I'm sure we can't keep this updated. Unmaintainable. - Mgm|(talk) 09:16, 18 November 2005 (UTC)
- Delete pointless list. Physchim62 (talk) 07:30, 19 November 2005 (UTC)
- Delete as per nom. MCB 06:37, 20 November 2005 (UTC)
- I think, it should be kept for DX freaks, hunting NDBs and expanded
- 'I think that it needs to be made clear that there are other applications for NDBs than for pilots, LF propagation studies for example. Probably should be done as a link to an external web page. WD2XGJ
