Per WP:MUSIC, "Demos, mixtapes, bootlegs, promo-only, and unreleased albums are in general not notable; however, they may be notable if they have significant independent coverage in reliable sources." I do not see significant independent coverage of this album in my own Google search - just one minor one. Will withdraw AfD nom if significant references can be provided.
