DONT DELETE:Why cannt someone be famous for paying taxes, including after death. Why only tax cheats have to be famous. DO NOT DELETE: Being an Indian I know how important role this person played in the development of Community. And people paying taxes, including after death should be respected, and not forgotten. MUST NOT BE DELETED: This person played an important role in Reolution movement of India by changing the mind and operation style of Indian revolutionaries like Ram Prasad Bismil. - Delete the article in the current form. Unless there are independent third-party reliable sources to ensure verifiability and not a promotional page about someone, I can change my opinion.
