[edit] La Salle High School (Oregon)
AfDs for this article:
Does not meet WP:N or WP:SCHOOLS criteria for notability. Tatonka79 22:34, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
- Weak delete This one seems borderline. The alumni need to be actually specified, and some sources found. DGG 23:41, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
- Weak delete per DGG. If a rewrite of this article provides some more information, I will be willing to reexamine my position. Trusilver 23:45, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
- Keep Multiple sports championships and notable alumni, accompanied by reliable and verifiable sources, establish notability. Alansohn 02:11, 29 June 2007 (UTC)
- weak KEEP Wikipedia should be inclusive not exclusive. I am a firm believer that most bios should be allowed to remain. All bios need is sources and a minimal standard of notability. The larger Wikipedia is the best of a resource it is. One million articles is much better that one hundred thousand articles. It should be a source of information on the most trivial matters to the most important. Callelinea 04:15, 29 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. This article does not live up to Wikipedia's standards. Of the four "notable alumni", two are not even notable enough to have their names mentioned in the article. Furthermore, the article does not even state what town the school is located in ("near Portland, Oregon" is not good enough). I would prefer to delete this and let somebody else start over later. --Metropolitan90 07:07, 29 June 2007 (UTC)

- Keep since all high schools are inherently notable as I argue here. Noroton 00:18, 30 June 2007 (UTC)
- Keep. The fact that the article "does not live up to Wikipedia's standards" is not a reason to delete. -- DS1953 talk 05:27, 2 July 2007 (UTC)
