[edit] Kristján Arason
Non-notable Icelandic athlete. One-liner article does not assert notability, google hits result in occasional box scores, copies of the wikipedia pages, or aside mentions in his more famous wife's bio. Tarc 17:31, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- Keep and expand. Meets WP:BIO as an Olympian. FiggyBee 18:30, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- Weak keep: Been open for two months and this is all? Let's expand this... Seicer (talk) (contribs) 19:20, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- Keep Though the article should be expanded, and for now, listed as a stub. Acalamari 20:26, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- Weak keep Arason was not on the team's roster for the 2007 or 2005 world championships, nor the 2004 Olympics. However, if he was born in 1961 (per his wife's article), he likely would have retired prior these events. No article on him in the Icelandic WP. There is adequate assertion of notability, so we should keep it as is pending verification. Caknuck 21:11, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

- 1992 Olympics, according to Iceland at the 1992 Summer Olympics anyway. FiggyBee 21:25, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- Keep per the comments above. RFerreira 03:06, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

- Comment. I can see where this person meets the "has competed in the highest level of amateur sports" criteria of WP:BIO, but is that in itself enough, or should it also have to meet the "secondary sources" criteria? I still haven't found a single reference about him, other than a passing reference. Tarc 13:22, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
