[edit] Klingon Empire (Star Fleet Universe)
This is a WP:POV fork from the article Klingons reads like original research. This version of the Klingons (described as the 'smoothhead' variety) are non-notable per WP:Fiction, and there are no independent references to support this WP:Fancruft.--Gavin Collins 00:50, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
- Keep, though it appears that it your opinion that any page involving a gaming/rpg subject is not to be included in Wikipedia. --Donovan Ravenhull 02:48, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
- Keep Seems notable, referenced, but could do with a rewrite (But this is no reason to delete) Fosnez 13:59, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

- Delete. This is in violation of WP:NOT, specifically, it's nothing but plot summary and game guide. I understand that this relates to the gaming version of Klingons as is described on the article page, but this violates WP:FICTION as it contains basically no details that aren't in-universe. - Keep (cleanup) - This is not an article fork; it's a fictional source material fork (see Star Fleet Universe, a wargaming and roleplaying gaming system derived from the original Star Trek TV series, not connected to the new TV series). The article's description is accurate and sourced to the gaming materials it's derived from (3 of the several dozen printed books, and plenty more magazines, related), and starts by placing it in real world context. If you feel there's too much cruft in the middle, that's not something that it's appropriate to fix by AFDing the article. One should delete if it doesn't have the required WP:FICT real-world elements. This does, plus much cruft in the middle. Cruft == cleanup, not delete. - Delete or merge. Without significant real-world information, this level of plot detail is not justified. -- Ned Scott 06:31, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
- Keep as per Georgewilliamherbert. Article is neither a POV fork, nor original research. Edward321 05:11, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
- Keep Wow a cruft argument in the nomination, that should make this a speedy keep per WP:HARMLESS#I_do_not_like_it. The problems with this article, which it does have could be fixed. Therefore it needs to be tagged appropriately and cleaned up not deleted. Viperix 20:12, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- transwiki Really more approriate at the Star Trek Wiki, the relevant details can be described in our Star Fleet Universe description, without all the inuniverse references. Mbisanz 02:22, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
