The article describes a well-known joke about mathematics which was already described on Mathematician#Jokes. However, the term Kettle Principle seems to be a neologism, or at least extremely rarely used: None of the resident mathematicians know it (see Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Mathematics#Kettle Principle, and Google doesn't yield anything either.
