I was unable to find a reference to this. The Google test is not the best way of figuring out if something like this actually exists, but as the article itself is very vague and I was not able to find a single hit that appeared relevant, I'm inclined to think that this is a hoax or something similarly unwelcome. If someone can show that this is not the case, I'll obviously be happy to withdraw the nomination. -- Captain Disdain 09:16, 10 November 2005 (UTC)

    • Yes, well, I realize that it probably could be speedily deleted. But my primary concern is to ascertain whether this really is just random crap someone made up or merely a very, very vague write-up of a historically relevant figure -- y'know, give someone the chance to pipe up here.
