Vanity article created by User:Superkashif. Very, very vague on specifically why he should be on the encyclopedia. Google returns few hits. As an aside, The only other contribution by the user is Image:David_mohd_davachi.jpg, which is labelled as a photo of a personal friend and is not used on any article.
