NN biography of a minor actor who dabbles in art. I can't tell that he meets WP:BIO: after a google search I came up with several more important Julian Rodriguez's, including a bit player on CSI, a mexican boxer, an Argentinian composer, and the grandfather of a criminal [1]. This one seems to have an official website, but that's all I could find. The article on him is glaringly POV, and unsourced, probably unsourceable. Contested prod. delete.
