Tagged as WP:CSD#A7 but contested. Tough call: it's not clear whether the available sources (none cited, but they do exist) pass the test of independent and non-trivial. For example, he's discussed by name by Richard Feynman in What Do You Care What Other People Think? but I am undecided whether that amounts to non-trivial coverage.
