Written about an NN motivational speaker, reads like a detailed autobiography with a hint of promotional advertising. No sources, a quick google search finds that he won some type of award, but I don't think this passes WP:BIO and WP:N Possibly an CSD A7 and G11 candidate, but because of the length, I felt AfD was more appropriate.
