Delete Clear COI issue. Even of written by someone else, not notable in any real sense. Notabilty seems to be asserted by the "Certificate of Environmental Citizenship" award - I don't know, but that doesn't sound very exclusive to me. Emeraude 21:57, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
