[edit] Jeremiah Duggan
Delete. This persons death might be fit for an obit. But the person is not notable enough to warrant an entire article. It does not meet Wikipedia standards. It was created it seems to discredit Lyndon LaRouche - which no matter your opinion of this politician does not warrant this article. IAMthatIAM 17:15, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
- This is pro-LaRouche vandalism, and I've removed the AfD tag. SlimVirgin (talk) 17:23, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
- Comment. Potentially an edit war between a new user IAMthatIAM, and the original creator of the page SlimVirgin. See also the comments made by an apparently good faith editor here: NathanDW. I have absolutely no idea where to go with this one, but I'm putting back the AfD tag so that the discussion will not be stifled. Slowmover 17:43, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
- This is not an edit war. It's a LaRouche activist with a new account trying to cause trouble. SlimVirgin (talk) 17:56, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
- I rarely say speedy keep, but this is a prime example. Duggan's death and the circumstances surrounding it made international news (BBC, Washington Post). This is not a case for deletion, or merging, or anything else. It's a rather complete article. Perhaps it needs some editing, but Wikipedia is a work in progress. --Tony Sidaway 17:48, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
