Delete. There is no real claim to notability except by association with the well-known Manning and it is Manning, and not Burns, that is the subject of much of the article's text. He was born, worked briefly as a cameraman on the periphery of someone famous, was fired, and died. The unsourced vitriol doesn't help either.--Fuhghettaboutit 21:14, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
