- Keep: the author has written a large number of books as cited in the article, all of which are easily found doing an Internet search. Further, the article cites several references. Notability of the author appears asserted. WP:N. Mh29255 (talk) 04:43, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
- comment the article (which is very short) is a minimally re-written cut-and-past from here. I think there's been enough re-arranging of sentences for it not to be a copy vio, but invite others to check. Pete.Hurd (talk) 05:26, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
- Keep - I think this individual seems notable enough. Not sure about the copy-vio however, perhaps wiser minds might advise. Xdenizen (talk) 06:31, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
- Keep I created this article because he's an important author on worldviews - The Universe Next Door is in it's 4th Edition. Certainly the article needs cleaning up (and I'm too busy to do this at present) . Sire seems to have 6k GHits and 55 hits in google books. NBeale (talk) 08:17, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
- Comment Being the author of a widely used textbook does satisfy WP:PROF. I've cleaned up the article and made the notability assertion more prominent. Nomination withdrawn. Jfire (talk) 02:06, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
