Unsuccessful candidate in an election. Only other claim to notability is that he's the son of a former congressman and the brother of another--but notability is not inherited. Blueboy96 01:14, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

• Keep The article can certainly be improved, but the individual is notable as a candidate for elective office and in this case his family does matter, they are considered prominent African-American politicians and while not quite the Kennedy's [1] they are recognized as such [2].
