This was previously discussed and deleted at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jagism. I don't think the current text is "Substantially identical" so I didn't tag it for a speedy delete under WP:CSD G4 (which was my first inclination). Howver, few if any of the problems which led to it being deleted, and very recently at that, have been fixed. Delete and protect the deleted page to prevent future recreations.
