Nomination for deletion Likely hoax. Cannot find relevant hit in Google Books[1] or on Google[2], despite serial killers being a popular subject. The word "spoonie" does not appear in the Clockwork Orange[3]

Article creator User:Cro..Scream has a history of vandalism [4] and hoaxing[5].

Props to User:Calton for first noticing this may be a hoax.
