- No, they don't. Wikipedia is not a memorial, a telephone directory, a genealogy database, or a repository for articles on every person who ever existed. It is an encyclopaedia. Subjects of biographical articles have to satisfy our Wikipedia:Criteria for inclusion of biographies, just as they do for other encyclopaedias. Uncle G 17:21, 5 October 2006 (UTC)
