A professor. Not notable. Every single professor with PhD has some publications. That does not make them notable. Also, it was created by an anon who created a whole bunch of articles on Johns Hopkins University faculty. All(?) of them were copyvios from university website [1], but this one got changed, so it does not qualify for copyvio.
