Either Hoax or extemely non-notable. Googling "Ivan Dias Martins" -wikipedia in English only returns 1 hit that is an index that I think is for wikipedia derived material. reference to David Bowie seems specious. No evidence supporting. RJFJR 17:38, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
