I'll let the article itself make the case for its own deletion: "The webpage has not gained much popularity ...", "It has resurfaced recently, with Stanford using it to test out some of his web experiments." And it has no Alexa rating. Seems to be thumbing its nose at WP:WEB. Do some people like watching their articles get listed here? That's the only explanation I can find for this one.
