Nominated for deletion because it appears to be a POV essay or letter, not an article. I can't figure out how it could be cleaned up into anything usable. Add to that my confusion as to why it's at the title, and the fact that it looks very much like a copyrighted letter (although I can't find it elsewhere online), and I think it's best deleted. - Delete, given disconnect between title and contents, it's impossible to know what subject matter the author intended to describe. Dcarrano
