A COI article created by User:Stewartmilleronline, an account for Stewart Miller, the creator of the HD1080ip format. The only reference given for Miller's work is a web forum posting. Notability not shown. See entry 'Hd1080ip' at the conflict of interest noticeboard. Prodded, but prod was removed by 161.51.11.2 who may be the same as the author.
