This webcomic can be seen here. The search term "Happy but dead" gives around 80 Google links, mostly from blogs or list of webcomic links. None of them are good sources for an article. Alexa figures are 750,000. This is not a notable webcomic. - Hahnchen 00:48, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
