I do not know why this page exists. It simply redirects to Bristol, Virginia. The page at Bristol, Virginia does not mention Goodson at all. The external link for the city of Bristol, Virginia, makes no mention of any place called Goodson. The town of Goodson does not seem to exist. This page has existed since December 2005.
