Elton is famous solely because of the striptease incident, which is already documented in the Haslemere Home for the Elderly article (which contained the exact same wording as the Elton article until I rewrote it today). Half of this article is devoted to the "Grim Reaper" incident that took place at the same home; as Elton is not particularly notable by herself, and most of the article concerns incidents at the Home anyway, I think it should be deleted.
