The article is simply the curriculum vitae of a web-developer. He worked for some websites, but that doesn't makes one notable. Apparently, it was written by himself and a close friend that also wrote a (now deleted) article about himself. Google returns a great number of results fo "Gavin Hall", but just because it's a common name. Abu badali (talk) 00:45, 24 March 2007 (UTC)
