This is the second time that this webcomic has been nominated. The first nomination can be seen here and resulted in no consensus. My grounds for the nomination are similar, that this is not a notable website. You can see this furry webcomic here. If you take a look at the original nomination made last year, you'll see that it had an Alexa rank of 1.5 million, it has now fallen to nothing. A look at their forums here, which have been online for around 9 months has managed to attract 45 users. Googling "Forrest dreams studio", the website name, gives back less than 50 hits.
