[edit] Freshly Squeezed Films
Non-notable organization. Has been prodded and deprodded. A thorough search for verifiable information for Major Awards shows nothing aside from organization's own website, and not much regarding film festival. Notability can not presently verified or established. Article lacks verifiable material from reliable sources for anything. Optigan13 (talk) 05:08, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
- delete I support the AfD process, not the speedy or the prod, as they claim importance, but really is not important. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 05:10, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
- Delete: Non notable, no references, and I cannot find any reliable sources. - Rjd0060 (talk) 05:12, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
- Comment:The film festival does apparently exist, but is "a citywide juried film festival for high school students."[1] (Search for Sprockets) But much of the film festival mentions for Sprockets are about one of the same name in Toronto"Cincinnati Sprockets" search, and "sprockets film festival" search. - Optigan13 (talk) 05:18, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

- Delete This film company is not quite there yet for notability, perhaps the biggest part being that a film company produces recognizable films and this hasn't done that yet. This would be the argument say McDonalds versus your local hamburger joint. Both produce the same material but one has been able to launch its product into perpetuity (50+ years) where the local restauranteur doesn't really care about fame. In time should this co last it may survive a deletion. Notice Bye the way can I alert administrators that an editor of the page User:Montchav has willy-nilly been splashing speedy deletes across multiple other pages in retaliation. .:DavuMaya:. 05:22, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
- Comment: The user you are referring to doesn't appear to be retaliating to anything, and in fact prodded this page. That user appears to be doing notability clean up based on their contributions. It is easy to become overly aggressive in notability cleanup to tag with prod, speedy, and nominating without thorough research, as I have done the same.Optigan13 (talk) 05:40, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

- Delete; reliable sources indicating it meets notability are in short supply. Tony Fox (arf!) 21:06, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
- Delete The article is about a high school project which doesn't necessarily mean it can't be notable; however, in this case, the status is non notable. --Stormbay (talk) 22:27, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
- I think we should SNOW this. Marlith T/C 00:22, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
- Delete a high school based film production company sounds like a school club to me. Maybe they will be notable if they win a national competetion or get written up when some of their members go on to become the next George Lucas.Garrie 02:46, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
