[edit] Frederick Gottlieb
Contested prod; No evidence of notability, tagged as unsourced since October 2006, delete per WP:BIO. Burntsauce 16:14, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. Hardly any context provided - clearly fails WP:BIO. --Ali 16:31, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
Delete, Non-notable individual with no WP:RS to indicate reason of article inclusion. Murghdisc. 16:34, 11 May 2007 (UTC)Delete merely saying 'famous' should not be an assertion of notability. No sources to back this up, or to even show he exists.DarkAudit 16:42, 11 May 2007 (UTC)- Keep. It's important to check the article's history rather than just looking at the current version. All current or former members of a national legislature are automatically notable. He represented the constituency of South Abaco from 1987 to 1992.. See http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Frederick_Gottlieb&direction=prev&oldid=128253722 He is or was chairman of Bahamasair as well. http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=73098&p=irol-newsArticle&ID=132956&highlight= --Eastmain 16:48, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
- If sources other than a Wikipedia diff can be provided I am more than willing to reconsider my position, but as of right now this article still fails WP:A and WP:BIO, amongst others. Burntsauce 17:07, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
- Even though the article was improved, please refrain from removing AfD tags. DarkAudit 17:15, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
