Essay article that bears little resemblence to the generally accepted definition of the term "ethnic fractionalization" (see here) Cordless Larry 21:16, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
- Delete as a neologism that is not supported by reliable sources (it doesn't even appear in the references of the article). The term exists, but its meaning is entirely different. Also delete Ethnic Fractionalization (redirect). -- Black Falcon 00:24, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
- Delete Per BlackFalcon. Not either neutral. The author seems to want to make a point out of the article.Ramduke — Ramduke (talk • contribs) has made few or no other edits outside this topic.
