PROD removed when a dictionary reference was added for the well-established word "hobo", but none is provided for "emo hobo". I can find a few references in blogs and the like, and there is an artist who calls herself "Emo Hobo", but this is a neologism and Wikipedia is not a dictionary or guide to slang.
