The result of the debate was REDIRECT to United Arab Emirates. I don't see how this 'information' can be merged without being highly self-redundant so I will simply redirect. Someone can always recover the two sentences from the history if they want to merge them. -Splash^talk 23:05, 28 October 2005 (UTC)

• Move to Emirati if it's going to stay, as that is by far the most widely used spelling (1,840,000 on Google as opposed to 12,600) istara
