  • Delete without prejudice. I can see an article existing here, but the current context is unhelpful for anyone researching electrical safety.   • Delete and redirect as per prior 3 editors' comments. There could be a very encyclopedic and well referenced article on electrical safety, since much has been written on the topic over the past 130 years, but this article is not the basis for such an encyclopedic article.
