A prod template which I put on this article was removed by the author. This article is about a non-notable book, and was created by the author of the book in a manner contrary to Wikipedia's conflict of interest guidelines. It will be especially difficult to maintain this article without any independent, reliable sources, because its only active editor will likely be one with such a conflict of interest.
