• Delete. Article itself is poorly written, incorrectly titled (colon in the wrong spot) and POV, which obviously does not a candidate for deletion make. However, it looks like the article was copied verbatim from the forum rules, forum itself has about 120 members, a search for "dragonball z new generation" gives 9 unique hits, mostly from DBZ directories, and I see no claims of media coverage or awards received.
